Modern life can leave people feeling overextended, disconnected, and trapped inside patterns they never consciously chose. My work is here to help you step out of that pressure and rediscover a way of living that feels more grounded, spacious, and true to who you are and your natural preferences.
Through one-to-one coaching and supportive guidance, I help people explore a more sustainable path through modern culture — one informed by Eastern traditions, contemplative practice, simplicity, and a deeper relationship with presence, autonomy, deeper purpose, and wellbeing.

My approach
My approach is calm, reflective, and grounded in wisdom traditions that emphasize presence, humility, simplicity, and inner freedom. I do not approach life from the assumption that more striving, more productivity, more culturally-defined success, or more consumption automatically leads to a better life. Instead, I help you consider what becomes possible for you when life is lived with more awareness, simplicity, and understanding.
What you can expect
Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to where you are. You will not be pushed into a rigid system or a one-size-fits-all formula. Together, we will focus on what feels most meaningful, practical, and sustainable for your life. We can discuss your troubles at work, relationships, trauma, finances, and burdens and unpack them into something that feels lighter and more fulfilled.
