Mindful Manhood: Rituals to Restore Your Spiritual and Mental Health When Society Asks Too Much of You
As a man in our modern world, the narrative we are handed by the culture we are immersed in and the expectations placed on us are practically extreme. The expectations include to work, earn, take care of family and friends, grind until running on empty, strive in all worldly pursuits, become a perfect husband or boyfriend, work to become a “success” by […]

Society Has Coupled Your Self Worth and Happiness to Work, Doing, and Productivity
The societal structure that we all are living under has been conditioned by corporations and has successfully coupled and connected peoples’ individual sense of self-worth and happiness to work, labor, or to doing in general. This is why “productivity” and “optimization” are so highly valued and […]

How Eastern Traditions and Philosophies Naturally Restructure Your Busy Western Life
The unconscious reality of the modern human living in modern society is essentially a form of spiritual angst. Many people, especially in Western societies, since early childhood, have been programmed by culture to become disconnected from themselves, torn from their fundamental essential true nature of wellbeing and autonomy in favor of […]

The Meaning of Life Is Not a Popular Belief
The age-old question of “what is the meaning of life?” and “what am I here to do?” may not have a final conclusive answer that holds up in every situation, but the discussion of what life is not necessarily or only about may be pertinent and liberating to reflect on. The average person assumes that the meaning they have prescribed for their life and what drives them is their original idea. But, is it really original? Or did someone else come up with it and pass it on to you? Generally speaking, the unspoken and assumed reality […]
ABOUT ME
Hi – My name is Roman. I’m a writer and blogger inspired by over a decade of deep practice of Eastern traditions. My life’s work has been about deeply exploring the path of spirituality through the lens of Eastern traditions and have learned much about how to navigate a life aligned with simplicity and contemplative practice while living in our difficult modern culture. I write based on my personal experience of living a simple life, how to find peace in life amidst chaos and seemingly endless pressures, how to ease the burden of modern culture through Eastern practices and gentler perspectives on life, living intentionally and in harmony with nature, how to regain a sense of autonomy and deeper purpose, and how to escape the rat race.

GUIDANCE FOR A GENTLER WAY OF LIVING
Modern life often asks too much of us. It rewards speed, productivity, always needing more, and endless striving, while leaving little room for stillness, reflection, simplicity, or genuine wellbeing. Many people sense that something is missing or off about our culture—that there must be another way to live.
There is.
I offer one-to-one coaching and contemplative guidance for those seeking a more spacious, sustainable, simple, and meaningful path through modern culture rooted in Eastern traditions. Drawing from Eastern wisdom traditions, mindfulness, and the propensity towards simpler living, our work together is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, loosen the grip of cultural conditioning, and cultivate a life rooted in presence, freedom, and inner stability.
Whether you feel overwhelmed, spiritually restless or unfulfilled, stuck in perspectives that were handed to you by culture, or simply ready for a different way forward from the one pushed on you by modern culture, this work can help you move toward greater clarity, autonomy, and peace.
